【摘 要】目的：分析口腔冲洗在颌骨骨折术后护理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2017年4月至2019年4月接诊的颌骨骨折患者90例作为研究对象，将其按照数字随机表法分成护理组和对照组，每组分别45例。对照组患者接受常规口腔护理，护理组患者接受常规护理联合口腔冲洗，对比两组患者的口臭、口腔溃疡、口腔感染的发生率。结果：对照组患者口臭15例(33.33%)、口腔溃疡5例(11.11%)、口腔感染4例(8.89%)，观察组患者口臭2例(4.44%)、口腔溃疡和口腔感染未发生，对比均有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：对于颌骨骨折患者的护理中应用口腔冲洗，能够明显减少口臭、口腔感染和口腔溃疡的发生，值得进一步推广。
