【摘 要】目的：研究2型糖尿病患者进行糖化血红蛋白和皮质醇联合检测的价值。方法：选我院住院2型糖尿病患者100例，另选同期100例健康人群为参照对象。结果：观察组糖化血红蛋白水平、皮质醇水平均高于对照组;观察组高分泌组糖化血红蛋白水平、皮质醇水平高于正常分泌组(P<0.05)。结论：由此我们可以知道，糖化血红蛋白和皮质醇联合检测对2型糖尿病患者的确诊为重要的临床价值。

    Abstract：Objective To study the value of combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and cortisol in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in our hospital. Another 100 healthy people in the same period were selected as reference subjects. Results The levels of glycated hemoglobin and cortisol in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The levels of glycated hemoglobin and cortisol in the high secretion group were higher than those in the normal secretion group (P<0.05). Conclusion From this we can see that the combined detection of glycated hemoglobin and cortisol is an important clinical value for the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.
