【摘 要】

    目的：研究无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭临床效果。方法：选取本院2017年1月-2019年3月收治的68例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者，按照随机数字法分为观察组(34例)和对比组(34例)。对比组采用常规治疗方法，观察组联合使用无创呼吸机，观察治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗效果优于对比组(P<0.05)。结论： 无创呼吸机辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭，显著提高了治疗效果。

    Abstract：

    Objective：To study the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with severe respiratory failure.Method A total of 68 cases of copd patients with severe respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into observation group (34 cases) and comparison group (34 cases) according to the random number method. Conventional treatment was used in the control group and non-invasive ventilator was used in the observation group to observe the therapeutic effect.Results：The therapeutic effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Non-invasive ventilator assisted treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with severe respiratory failure significantly improved the therapeutic effect. ......
