【摘 要】 目的：比较分析老年2型糖尿病患者采取循证护理与常规护理效果。方法：随机划分2018年3月-2019年2月本院接收的74例老年2型糖尿病患者，各37例，对照组与研究组分别开展常规护理与循证护理，观察各组并发症发生率。结果：在并发症发生率方面，研究组是5.41%，对照组是21.62%，研究组同对照组相比更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：循证护理在老年2型糖尿病患者护理中效果较常规护理更优，其有助于并发症发生率降低。
