【摘 要】

    目的： 探讨且分析分阶段护理对乳腺癌患者术后患侧上肢功能恢复的影响。方法： 抽取我院2018年5月-2019年5月收治的100例乳腺癌根治术的女性癌症患者作为研究对象。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予分阶段护理干预功能训练。结果： 对照组患者的内收肌力、旋内角度以及后伸角度都明显低于观察组，差异具有统计学意义，p<0.05;对照组患者患侧并发症出现几率(40%)明显高于观察组(14%)，差异具有统计学意义，p<0.05。结论：分阶段护理可以促进对乳腺癌患者术后患侧上肢功能恢复，值得在临床上推广和应用。
