【摘 要】 目的：探讨CRRT结合血浆置换治疗HELLP综合征合并多器官衰竭疗效。方法：选HELLP综合征合并多器官衰竭女性患者70例，随机分成实验组(CRRT结合血浆置换治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)，比较临床疗效。结果：实验组治疗有效率及各项生化治疗显著优于对照组，P<0.05，差异显著。结论：CRRT联合血浆置换治疗HELLP综合征合并多器官衰竭疗效显著，值得推广。

    Abstract ：Objective To investigate the efficacy of CRRT combined with plasmapheresis in the treatment of HELLP syndrome with multiple organ failure. Methods Seventy female patients with HELLP syndrome complicated with multiple organ failure were randomly divided into experimental group (CRRT combined with plasma exchange therapy) and control group (conventional treatment) to compare clinical efficacy.
