【摘 要】 目的：探究分析高压氧联合局部氧疗促进四肢慢性创面愈合的疗效观察。方法：选取我院2017年8月-2019年7月收纳的四肢创面难愈合患者66例进行分组，对照组实施局部氧疗(33例)，研究组在其基础上结合高压氧治疗(33例)，对比分析两组患者临床疗效、创面愈合时间、住院时间差异。结果：研究组临床疗效为96.97%(32/33)，对照组为81.82%(27/33)，组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间、住院时间分别为(7.23±2.14)d、(10.24±2.33)d，较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论：通过对四肢创面难愈合患者实施高压氧联合局部氧疗后可促进恢复，缩短住院时间，临床上值得应用。
