【摘 要】 目的：研究在未足月胎膜早破孕妇期待疗法中实施护理干预的临床价值。方法： 资料为2017年-2019年本院收治的50例未足月胎膜早破患者，将其随机分为两组，常规组(25例)实施常规护理，实验组(25例)实施护理干预，观察两组未足月胎膜早破患者的护理价值。结果： 实验组患者保胎天数、新生儿体重以及新生儿 Agpar评分均显著优于常规组，组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论： 针对未足月胎膜早破患者期待疗法中实施护理干预，可以有效延长其保胎天数，并且促进胎儿的健康成长。
