【摘 要】 目的：分析探讨在手术室优质护理中应用全程无缝护理模式的可行性和有效性。方法：选取本院2018年06月-2019年06月收治的96例手術室患者开展本次试验研究，所有患者均分为参照组48例和研究组48例。其中参照组给予手术室优质护理，研究组另行全程无缝护理模式，比较两组的不良情绪改善情况。结果护理后研究组患者的焦虑(SAS)评分和抑郁(SDS)评分均明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：在手术室优质护理中应用全程无缝护理模式能有效改善患者的不良情绪，更具可行性和有效性，存在推广价值。
