【摘 要】 目的：探究综合护理干预在血小板减少的紫癜患儿的护理的效果体会。方法：选取68例出血患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34)，对照组实行常规护理，观察组实行综合护理干预。比较两者的疗效，观察两组的护理效果。结果在两组对比情况下，综合干预组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理干预在针对血小板减少的紫癜患儿治疗护理中有明显效果，具有推广价值。
