【摘 要】 目的：分组对比研究小儿荨麻疹患者治疗中全面护理干预的应用效果。方法： 共计抽取70例小儿荨麻疹患儿参与本次研究，所有患儿均于2018年5月-2019年5月入院进行治疗并参与研究，通过简单随机分组法分为对照组和研究组，分组对比70例患儿护理后红肿、瘙痒症状小时时间以及复发情况。结果： 研究组患儿护理后瘙痒、红肿症状消失时间与对照组想比较少，复发率相比更低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论： 小儿荨麻疹患者治疗中全面护理干预的实施对于其临床症状的改善有非常显著的促进作用，能够缓解患儿不适感受，提升其对护理的依从性，降低疾病复发率，具有较高的推广和应用价值。
