【摘 要】 目的：研究CT在早期肺癌诊断中具体临床使用价值。方法：选取我院肿瘤科2019年1月～2019年4月收治的40例疑似肺癌的患者，将其平均分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者实施病理检查，观察组患者采用CT检查，对比两组患者 病理检查结果。结果：运用CT检查的观察组患者的肺癌确诊率为72.16%，而采用病理检查的对照组患者肺癌确诊率为74.56%，CT检查的准确率与病理检查没有较大差异，不具有统计意义(P>0.05)。结论：针对早期肺癌患者采用CT检查，能够尽早确定病情，制定治疗方案。
