【摘 要】 目的：探讨带状疱疹后遗神经痛的护理干预方法和效果。方法：在我院收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中选取40例，起止时间是2017年10月～2019年6月。患者在规范治疗的同时，实施综合护理干预，评定护理效果。结果：护理后，患者的VAS评分明显降低，差异显著(P<0.05);护理满意率为95.0%。结论：针对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者，实施综合护理干预能缓解疼痛程度、提高护理满意率，值得推广。
