【摘 要】 目的：探讨分析在心脏三尖瓣关闭不全手术中通过三尖瓣成型环进行矫治的临床应用效果。方法： 本次研究对象均选自本院2017年01月-2018年1月期间收治的心脏瓣膜病合并三尖瓣关闭不全患者共40例，设定其中20例患者为观察组，其余20例患者作为对照组，開展本次对比研究。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果： 观察组患者的术后恢复效果明显优于对照组患者，(P<0.05)。结论： 根据本次研究的结果可以确认，在心脏三尖瓣关闭不全手术中通过三尖瓣成型环进行矫治能够取得令人满意的远期效果，还可以有效的改善患者的病情，具有推广意义。

    Abstract ：objective to investigate and analyze the clinical application effect of tricuspid valve ring in tricuspid valve insufficiency surgery. Methods a total of 40 patients with heart valvular disease and tricuspid insufficiency admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. 20 patients were set as the observation group and the other 20 patients as the control group to conduct the comparative study.
