【摘 要】目的：探究对重症呼吸衰竭患者采取心理护理的临床应用效果。方法：选取于2018年7月至2019年6月收治的70例重症呼吸衰竭患者作为本次实验的研究对象，将其分为采用常规护理方式的对照组和使用心理护理的观察组，每组35例患者，护理后，对比两组患者的SAS、SDS评分。结果：在护理后，采用心理护理的观察组，患者的SAS、SDS评分明显优于应用常规护理的对照组，(P<0.05)。结论：对患有重症呼吸衰竭的患者采用心理护理，可以有效改善患者的心理状态，促使患者树立积极向上的态度，提高治疗依从性。
