【摘 要】目的：分析心理护理对胎膜早破产妇焦虑情绪及分娩方式的改善情况。方法：对本院2017年9月-2018年9月收治的60例患者按不同护理方法均分为用常规护理的参照组和在参照组基础上用心理护理的研究组，各30例，比较两组的焦虑情绪和分娩方式。结果：护理后，参照组焦虑情绪显著高于研究组，参照组分娩方式中的顺产率显著低于研究组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：心理护理对胎膜早破产妇焦虑情绪及分娩方式的改善情况良好，值得在临床护理上大范围推广。
