【摘 要】目的：分析健康管理对老年缺血性脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法：选取我院200例老年缺血性脑卒中患者开展本次实验，随机将患者分为常规组和研究组，两组均为100人。常规组患者接受常规护理，研究组患者接受常规护理结合健康管理，对两组患者并发症出现几率及生活质量进行统计。结果：研究组并发症出现几率及生活质量评分均优于甲组，两组之间差异较大(p<0.05)。结论：健康管理在老年缺血性脑卒中患者预后中应用效果较为显著。
