【摘 要】目的：探析快速康复外科理念在微创内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者围术期护理中的应用。方法：随机抽取我院2018年5月-2019年5月收治的80例微创内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者作为主要研究对象，采取随机数字表格的方法，将其分配到观察组和对照组，各组40例，将常规的护理方法应用到对照组患者的围术期，观察组患者围术期实施快速康复外科护理措施。对两组患者护理干预后并发症发生的几率进行研究。结果：观察组并发症发生率要低于对照组，两组间数据存在区别，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对微创内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者实施快速康复外科护理干预，能够有效的提高治疗效果，减少并发症的发生。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing care of patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture treated by minimally invasive internal fixation. Methods： 80 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture treated by minimally invasive internal fixation in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected as the main research objects. The patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group by random number table method. 40 patients in each group were divided into the observation group and the control group. The routine nursing methods were applied to the perioperative period of the patients in the control group.
