【摘 要】目的：探究老年股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病病人行人工髋关节置换术实施围手术期的护理效果。方法：选2018年1月至2019年6月我院收治的110例老年股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组(N=55)实施常规护理方案，观察组(N=55)实施围手术期护理干预。对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组髋关节功能恢复效果明显优于对照组，差异显著，(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，(P<0.05)。结论：针对老年股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病病人行人工髋关节置换术进行围手术期护理，具有良好的护理效果。
