【摘 要】目的：探讨亲水纤维含银敷料应用于小儿头面部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效。方法：选我院72例小儿头面部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者，随机分为试验组和对照组每组36例。对照组采用凡士林油纱布联合纳米银抗菌凝胶治疗，而试验组患者采用亲水纤维含银敷料治疗，比较治疗效果。结果：干预后，试验组患者的愈合天数、换药次数、总有效率均显著优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：亲水纤维含银敷料应用于小儿头面部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面临床疗效显著，值得推广。
