【摘 要】 目的： 研究喹硫平药物对治疗双相情感障碍疾病在临床效果分析。 方法： 选取在本院接治的100例双相情感障礙患者，选取时间为2017年1月至2018年12月，随机分为两组，对照组与观察组，各组为50例，对照组患者使用喹硫平联合碳酸锂药物治疗，观察组服用喹硫平药物，观察两组的临床治疗效果。 结果： 对照组的总有效率没有明显小于观察组总有效率，所以结果不具有差异性无统计学意义。观察组的不良反应率要低于对照组不良反应率，两组其结果具有对比性。 结论： 在治疗双相情感障碍疾病上只使用喹硫平药物，是由有一定的治疗效果，最主要的是单使用喹硫平药物安全性高，稳定性高，适合在临床上推广开来。

    Objective： To study the clinical effect of quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder. Methods： One hundred patients with bipolar disorder who were admitted to our hospital were enrolled.
