【摘 要】 目的： 研究心脏瓣膜置换手术中优质护理理念的应用效果。 方法： 选取我院2018年7月-2019年7月收治的70例心脏瓣膜置换术患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各组35例。将常规护理方法应用到对照组中;对观察组的患者采取优质护理的模式，对两组患者术后并发症的状况进行对比分析。 结果： 经过研究表明，对照组患者术后并发症发生几率(51.42%)高于观察组(11.42%)，两组具有一定的差异，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论： 将优质护理模式应用到心脏瓣膜置换术中具有良好的护理效果，能夠有效的减少患者并发症的发生率，对患者的康复有着积极意义。
