【摘 要】目的：总结并分析在对冠心病合并脑梗死患者临床治疗时，给予患者阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的方法与治疗效果。方法：针对近期在本院进行诊疗的冠心病合并脑梗死58例患者进行实验研究，并依据治疗方法不同将患者分为研究组与对照组，分别采用常规治疗方法以及在常规治疗方法基础上加以阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。在治疗后对治疗效果以及患者发生不良症状的情况统计。结果：在对治疗效果统计时，研究组几率较高。在对不良症状发生情况统计时，研究组几率较低。P<0.05。結论：在对冠心病合并脑梗死患者临床治疗时，给予患者阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的方法对治疗效果具有提升作用，对不良反应发生情况具有控制的作用。
