【摘 要】目的：探究消毒供应室护理人员管理中品管圈(QCC)活动的应用效果以及对护理人员手卫生的管理效果。方法：共计抽取18名护理人员作为研究对象，本次研究时间为2018年3月-2019年3月，护理人员管理工作自2018年9月起实施品管圈(QCC)活动，分组对比18名护理人员品管圈(QCC)活动前后护理人员手卫生情况。结果：18例护理人员QCC活动手术卫生理论以及操作考核成绩评分与QCC活动前相比有明显提升，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：消毒供应室护理人员管理中QCC活动的实施能够有效提升护理人员手卫生意识。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities in the management of nurses in disinfection supply room and the management effect on hand hygiene of nurses.Methods A total of 18 nurses were selected as the research object. This study was conducted from March 2018 to March 2019. Nurses'management has been carrying out QCC activities since September 2018. The hand hygiene of 18 nurses before and after QCC activities was compared in groups.Results The scores of operation hygiene theory and operation assessment of 18 nurses with QCC activity were significantly higher than those before QCC activity (P < 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of QCC activities in the management of nurses in disinfection supply room can effectively enhance the hand hygiene awareness of nurses. ......
