【摘 要】目的：探讨在改善心梗介入治疗患者心理状态方面中心脏康复护理所发挥出的作用。方法：本次研究以我院接受心梗介入治疗的32例患者为主，收治时间为2019年2月-2019年5月，将其分为人数均等的两组，采用常规护理和心脏康复护理两种干预手段，分别作用于对照组和观察组。结果：观察组患者治疗两周后，抑郁和焦虑评分值下降至32.42±2.45分、31.42±2.61分，与常规护理的对照组相比较，组间差值具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论：开展病房环境护理、饮食指导以及心脏康复训练等护理工作，可改善患者临床症状，心理状态保持良好，在患者疾病治疗中发挥了较好的作用。
