【摘 要】目的：了解房颤患者静脉滴注胺碘酮致静脉炎的临床效果。方法：将我院2017年1月到2019年1月的20例房颤静脉滴注胺碘酮致静脉炎患者，随机分组每组例数10。对照组予以常规护理，针对性护理组采取针对性护理。比较两组满意度;静脉红肿痛减轻的时间、硬结转柔软时间;护理前后SAS评分。结果：针对性护理组满意度、SAS评分、静脉红肿痛减轻的时间、硬结转柔软时间对比对照组有优势，P<0.05。结论：房颤静脉滴注胺碘酮致静脉炎患者实施针对性护理可获得较好的效果，可减轻患者焦虑和加速静脉炎症状消失，提高患者满意度。
