【摘 要】目的：分析研究急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果产生的影响。方法：选取本院收治的70例心肺复苏后患者开展本次试验研究，纳入时间为2018年08月-2019年09月，所有患者通过数字表法进行平均分组，分别为参照组35例和研究组35例。其中参照组给予常规护理干预，研究组以参照组为基础给予急诊护理干预，比较两组患者的动脉血压、神经功能缺损恢复及焦虑情况。结果：研究组患者的PCO2指标、NIHSS评分和SAS评分均明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：给予心肺复苏后患者急诊护理干预能够显著改善患者的动脉血压、恢复神经功能，优化心理状态，具有推广价值。
