【摘 要】目的：探讨优质护理在重度子痫前期产妇中的应用价值。方法：抽取70例重度子痫前期产妇，抽取时间为2016年1月-2019年1月，按照入院时间，分为观察组、对照组，每组35例，观察组实施优质护理，对照组实施常规护理，对比护理效果。结果：观察组干预后心理状况评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿体质量、阿氏评分(Apgar评分)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理在重度子痫前期产妇中的应用价值显著，可缓解产妇心理压力，提升新生儿Apgar评分，值得推广。
