【摘 要】 目的：局部神经阻滞麻醉与局部神经阻滞麻醉下治疗腹股沟疝临床效果分析。方法：选取本院收治的70例进行腹股沟疝治疗患者，依据麻醉方法进行分组，对照组35例患者采用腰硬联合麻醉，研究组35例患者采用局部神经阻滞麻醉，比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果：研究组的患者的麻醉效果整体优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：对腹股沟疝患者采用局部神经阻滞麻醉，麻醉效果更佳，值得推广运用。
