【摘 要】 目的：分析连续性血液净化在重症脓毒症合并多器官功能障碍综合征治疗中的应用效果及护理效果。方法：将2018年6月至2019年4月本院接收的74例重症脓毒症合并多器官功能障碍综合征患者纳入至本实验中，所有患者均接受连续性血液净化治疗，并提供综合护理，观察护理前后各项指标。结果：护理后HR、TNF-α和TNF-α均较护理前低，差异显著(t=8.51、33.689、8.927;P均为0.000)。结论：为重症脓毒症合并多器官功能障碍综合征患者提供连续性血液净化治疗和综合护理方法，可显著改善患者炎症反应，缓解心率。
