【摘 要】 目的：探讨老年糖尿病合并院内感染的风险因素与预防对策。方法：回顾性分析2017年10月～2018年10月我院104例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料，根据是否出现院内感染将其分为感染组22例(21.15%)，未感染组82例(78.85%)。对老年糖尿病合并院内感染的风险进行单因素与多因素Logistic回归分析。结果：单因素与Logistic多因素分析发现，年龄≥70岁、住院时间≥21d、糖尿病病程≥5年、空腹血糖水平≥11.0mmol/L、有侵入性操作、在院抗菌药物使用>2种是老年糖尿病合并院内感染的危险因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论：老年糖尿病患者是院内感染的高发群体，临床应通过有效的预防对策保证其就医质量。
