【摘 要】 目的：探讨预见性护理干预措施对糖尿病足患者知识的认知与行为产生的影响。方法：选取2017 年1月-2019年1月在我院接受治疗糖尿病足80例患者，随机划分为40例研究组和40例常规组，常规组选用常规护理方法，研究组在常规护理方法的基础上，采用预见性护理干预，对比分析两组患者糖尿病足知识评分、足部护理行为执行率以及治疗总有效率。结果：观察组患者的糖尿病足知识评分、足部护理行为执行率及治疗总有效率相较于常规组明显较高，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在糖尿病足患者中早期采用预见性护理干预，可以显著提高糖尿病足患者的知识掌握度并改善足部护理行为，从而有助于提高治疗效果。
