【摘 要】 目的：观察分析袋鼠式护理对NICU(新生儿重症监护室)患儿生命体征和烦躁预防效果。方法：选取本院(在2018年4月-2019年4月)收治的92例NICU患儿，按照数字随机表法分为对照组(应用常规护理方法)和实验组(在对照组基础上应用袋鼠式护理方法)，每组均为46例。采用统计学分析两组NICU患儿的呼吸水平、心率水平、血氧饱和度水平以及烦躁发生率。结果：两组NICU患儿的呼吸水平、心率水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)，实验组NICU患儿的血氧饱和度水平高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组NICU患儿的烦躁发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：袋鼠式护理对NICU患儿生命体征和烦躁预防效果顯著。
