【摘 要】 目的：评价跨伤椎固定和经伤椎固定在胸腰段脊柱骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法：选取我院2017年3月到2019年2月收治的胸腰段脊柱骨折患者102例，以采取经伤椎固定的患者为研究组(n=53)，采取跨伤椎固定的患者为对照组(n=49)，对两组临床效果进行分析。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为92.45%，对照组为79.59%，研究组显著高于对照组(X2=3.33，P=0.01)。结论：经伤椎固定在治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折中的临床效果较跨伤椎固定明显，术后能够较好地维持骨折的复位效果，值得推广应用。

    Abstract：Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture with trans injured and trans injured fixation.
