【摘 要】目的：关于脑梗死病患护理工作中应用健康教育的具体方法以及应用效果进行探讨。方法：选取2019年1月到2020年1月接诊的脑梗死病患60例作为本次研究对象，利用随机数字表法将所选脑梗死病患加以分组，给予其中30例脑梗死病患临床常规护理，将其纳入对照组，给予剩余30例脑梗死病患健康教育护理，将其纳入研究组，比较两组脑梗死病患接受各自护理措施之后的心理状态评分以及疾病知识知晓情况。结果：研究组与对照组脑梗死病患接受各组护理措施之后的焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分以及疾病知识知晓情况比较差異明显。结论：临床中在为脑梗死病患开展护理工作中加强健康教育，能够显著改善脑梗死病患不良情绪，提高病患对于自身所患疾病的了解程度，应该给予大力的推广与应用。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the specific methods and effects of health education in the nursing of cerebral infarction patients. Results there were significant differences between the study group and the control group in the scores of anxiety self-rating scale. Conclusion strengthening health education in clinical nursing for patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the bad mood of patients with cerebral infarction.
