【摘 要】目的：分析在乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤患者中应用乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术的疗效。方法：将在我院医治的62例乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤患者随机设为两个组别给予对照组(31例)常规手术治疗，给予实验组(31例)乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术治疗。评价临床疗效。结果：实验组手术时间、切口瘢痕评分均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术应用于乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤患者中，手术时间较短，术后恢复较快，切口瘢痕美观，治疗效果显著。
