【摘 要】目的：研究化痰息风活络方对急性脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块的影响。方法：50名符合标准的患者分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗，观察组采用阿司匹林联合化痰息风活络方治疗，比较两组治疗前后颈动脉斑块个数及面积的差异。结果：观察组治疗前后颈动脉斑块个数显著减少(P<0.05)面积显著下降(P<0.05);对照组无论个数和面积均无差异(P>0.05)。结论：化痰息风活络方对急性脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块有显著的改善作用。

    Abstract：Objective To study the effect of phlegm and blood stasis on carotid plaque in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： Fifty patients who met the criteria were divided into control group (n=25) and observation group (n=25). The control group was treated with aspirin. The observation group was treated with aspirin with Huayu Xifeng Huoluo Recipe. The differences in the number and area of carotid plaques before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The number of carotid plaques in the observation group was significantly decreased (P<0.05) before and after treatment (P<0.05). There was no difference in the number and area of the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion： Huayu Xifeng Huoluo Recipe has significant improvement on carotid plaque in patients with acute cerebral infarction. ......
