【摘 要】目的：观察低频脉冲穴位刺激配合补中益气丸治疗女性围绝经期压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法：选取2017-2019年收治的300例围绝经期压力性尿失禁患者，采用随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组。统计临床疗效、盆底肌功能改善情况。结果：观察组和对照组患者的治疗有效率分别为94.21%、80.23%。观察组患者的盆底肌力(IV级)，低于对照组(V级)，组间存在显著差异性，P<0.05。结论：使用低频脉冲穴位刺激配合补中益气丸治疗女性围绝经期压力性尿失禁有很好的疗效。

    Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of low frequency pulse acupoint stimulation combined with Buzhong Yiqi Pill in the treatment of peri-menopausal stress urinary incontinence in women.
