基于混合教学模式的学生SP用于内科护理学实训教学,标准化病人,自主学习能力,情景模拟,人文关怀
     【摘 要】目的:探讨混合教学模式下学生标准化病人在内科护理实训教学中的应用效果。方法:从山东省某高职院校2017级高护14个班级抽取2个班126人作为研究对象,以班级为单位抽签分为研究组64人和对照组62人。对照组采用传统传统演示教学法进行实训教学。研究组采用网络平台学习和学生标准化病人面授两大模块进行教学。结果:研究组操作成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.01),研究组在激发学习动机、活跃课堂气氛,强化实训要点记忆,强化人文关怀4方面顯著高于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论:混合教学模式结合学生SP能有效提高护生内科护理实训课质量,能培养自主学习能力,培养护生的护理关怀行为。

    Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects of student standardized patients based on Mixed teaching modelin practical teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing.MethodsTwo classes of 126 students were selected from 14 classes of senior nurses in a higher vocational college in Shandong province. Students were divided into an intervention group(n=64) and a control group (n=62) by using a random drawing method.The traditional demonstration teaching method was used in the control group.The research group adopts two modules: network platform learning and standardized patient teaching.Results The scores of skill examination in experimental group exceeded those of control group ( P<0.01).The scores of academic motivation、Active classroom atmosphere、Strengthening the memory of practical training points and humanistic care in the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01 for all ) Conclusions The application of student standardized patients Based on Mixed teaching model in practical teaching of Internal Nursing could improve the teaching quality、develop students'autonomous learning ability and Cultivate nursing care behavior. ......
