【摘 要】目的：通过3例化学发光法检测乙肝五项结果分析，使我们了解并掌握乙肝五项检测的一些非常见(偶见、罕见)模式及其相应的临床意义。方法：化学发光免疫分析法结果：选择本院2018年1月至6月门诊住院收治患者检测乙肝五项分析共3351份标本，其中检测出3例样本为乙肝五项非常见模式。结论：近年来随着抗病毒药物以及乙肝疫苗的广泛应用，化学发光法灵敏度提高，发现较多的乙肝五项非常见模式。掌握相应的临床意义，对于推动慢性乙肝患者个体化医疗，更好地为病人解释检验报告，减少医患纠纷具有十分重要意义。
