【摘 要】 目的：探讨温经汤加减联合艾灸治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法：将我院100例原发性痛经患者随机均分为对照组(给予常规西药治疗)与中医组(给予温经汤加减联合艾灸治疗)，比较两组治疗效果。结果：中医组的有效率为98%，对照组仅为84%，P<0.05。结论：对原发性痛经患者给予温经汤加减联合艾灸治疗，能够有效缓解经期疼痛。
