【摘 要】目的：分析不同标本对微生物检验阳性率结果的影响。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年12月的检验标本1000例，2018年1-12月收集的标本500例为对照组，以2019年1-12月的微生物500例为观察组。比较两组标本检验的阳性率。结果：两组标本的检验性率最高的为呼吸道标本，所占比率29.50%(295/1000)，且对照组微生物检验阳性率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论：不同时期的标本检验阳性率具有明显差异，继而提升临床微生物标本的检验阳性率，为临床观察提高可靠依据。
