【摘 要】 目的：探讨对惊厥患儿实施循证护理的效果。方法：选取72例小儿惊厥随机分成研究组(n=36)与对照组(n=36)，对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施循证护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：研究组患儿在惊厥消失时间、体温恢复正常时间及住院时间上均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：将循证护理用于小儿惊厥护理中，可加快患儿康复，值得推广。
