外伤性晶体半脱位的手术治疗
【摘要】 目的 探讨外伤性晶体半脱位的手术治疗。方法 我院5年来对45例(45眼)外伤性晶体半脱位患者采用晶体摘除联合前房内、前部玻璃体切除，重塑眼前段，随访6月后，Ⅱ期行后房型人工晶体双袢双针缝线固定术。结果 两次手术完成后， 随访6月以上，矫正视力≥0.5者34眼，占76%；0.5~0.3者7眼，占16%；0.3~0.1者2眼，占4%;<0.1者2眼占4%。结论 外伤性晶体半脱位治疗采用晶体摘除联合前房内、前部玻璃体切除术以及Ⅱ期行后房型人工晶体双袢双针缝线固定术是有效的、理想的。【关键词】晶体半脱位 晶体摘除 前部玻璃体切割 后房型人工晶体

【Abstract 】Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of traumatic lens dislocation.MethodsThe clinical records of 45 patients(45 eyes) with traumatic lens in our hospital over the last 5 years were reviewed. All patients were treated with combined methods of lens extraction, anterior vitreous excision, remodeling the anterior segment and then received secondary implantation of two sutures fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens after 6 months follow-up. Results Of the 45 cases(45 eyes) postoperatively, final best corrected visual acuity ≥0.5 in 34 eyes(76%); 0.5~0.3 in 7 eyes(16%); 0.3~0.1 in 2 eyes(4%); <0.1 in 2 eyes(4%). Conclusions Lens extraction and anterior vitreous excision combined with secondary implantation of two sutures fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens is an effective and ideal method to treat traumatic lens subluxation. ......
