预防医源性胆道损伤的体会(附243例分析)
【摘要】目的 总结经验，预防医源性胆道损伤的发生。方法 回顾243例胆道手术和上腹部其他手术，结合文献资料对造成医源性胆道损伤的危险因素作了探讨和分析。结果 胆道手术或上腹部手术，存在着多种危险因素，术中忽略这些因素，可导致胆道系统损伤。结论 提高认识、“防”字当头、小心谨慎、把好每一个环节、仔细操作是预防医源性胆道损伤的关键。【关键词】医源性 胆道 损伤 预防

【Abstract】Objective to summarize the experience and prevent the occurrence of iatrogenic bile duct injure.Methods Look back to 143 cases of bile duct operations and other operations in midsection and do research and analysis on the dangerous factors that cause iatrogenic bile duct injure with reference to the literature material.Results many dangerous factors exist in the bile duct and midsection operations, which will cause the injure of bile duct system if neglected. Conclusion the key for preventing iatrogenic bile duct injure is to enhance the understanding, put prevention in the first place, be careful, well do every link and seriously do the operation. ......
