【摘要】目的 观察利多卡因在社区用于人工流产手术中的临床价值。方法 对我院社区服务站的妊娠10周以内人工流产手术208例随机分两组，一组使用宫颈注射利多卡因，一组按常规行手术，观察疼痛、出血和宫颈松弛情况。结果宫颈松弛程度总有效率，观察组为87.50%，对照组为19.23%。术中疼痛总有效率，观察组为88.46%，对照组为14.42%，两组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 宫颈注射利多卡因用于人工流产手术减轻患者的痛苦，预防人流综合反应效果满意，尤其适合基层医疗单位的使用，值得推广。
