【摘要】目的 探讨眩晕证的病因病机，观察活血祛风散疗效。方法 113例随机分为治疗组、对照组，对照组按中医辨证分型治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用活血祛风散。结果 治疗组有效率94.7%，对照组87.5%。结论 活血祛风散对眩晕各分型均有显著疗效。

    【Abstract】Objective Discuss the cause of dizziness, observe the curative effect of the PEP.Methods 113 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group use syndrome differentiation therapy, the treatment group add PEP on the basis of the control group.Results The efficient of treatment group is 94.7%, the efficient of control group is 87.5%. Conclusion PEP has a significant effect to dizziness.
