【摘要】 目的 观察鸦胆子油乳、顺铂、阿霉素腹腔灌注治疗恶性腹腔积液的疗效及不良反应。 方法 36例恶性腹腔积液进行常规腹腔穿刺并行腔内化疗，待腹腔积液完全引流干净后经导管注入鸦胆子油乳70~10ml连同顺铂60~120mg、阿霉素40~60mg,封管同时处理相关反应。7天1次，2次为一疗程，视情况重复引流给药，一月后对疗效及相关不良反应予以评价观察及总结。对数据资料以χ²进行检验，P<0.05有统计学意义。结果 36例患者中，CR7人，PR19人，有效率72%(26/36)，主要不良反应包括轻微腹痛、胃肠反应等。表1χ²=45.54,P<0.05,表2χ²=48.24,P<0.05,所得数据有意义。结论 鸦胆子油乳、顺铂、阿霉素联合腹腔液有明显疗效，不良反应患者可以耐受，值得临床进一步应用。

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the efficacy of united abdominal cabity perfusion with Brucea javanica oil emulsion、Cisplation and Adramycin in patients with m alignant ascites.Methods Thirty-six cases were treated with peritoneal infusion of Brucea javanica oil emulsion 70~100ml、Cisplatin 60~120mg、Adramycin 40~60my,once every 7days;about 2 times for a course of tratment,then the effects and the side effects were observed in and after one month.Results Among the thirty-six cases,7 ones were CR,19 ones were PR.The effective rate was 72%(26/36).The side effects were thoracalgia and mild digestice sickness.Conclusion The effect of BJOE combined with ADM and DDP is good for the patients with m alignant ascites.The side effect is also mild.The method should be further recommended in the future clinical treatment. ......
