【摘要】目的 探讨基层民营医院护理管理的特点及对策。方法 稳定护理队伍;提高护理队伍素质;加强护理质量管理;打造护理服务品牌;规范护理 操作,加强护理风险管理。结果 护理服务满意度提高,护理服务品牌逐步 形成;基础护理、危重病人护理质量提高。结论 对症下药想方设法稳定护 士队伍,提高护士素质,加强护理质量管理,提供超值护理服务,才是基层民营医院可持续 发展之路。
