【摘要】目的 探讨执行应急救援医疗救护的护士在灾难应急中如何发挥作 用。方法 通过总结应急救援培训和演练的方法、内容和重要性,卫生应急 器材的储备与管理,卫生应急工作的内容和方法,从而阐明应急救援护士在灾难应急中的作 用。结果 我院作为地处震区边缘的阿坝州内规模最大、设备最好、技术力 量最强的综合性医院,应急救援卫生医疗队作为一支训练有素的队伍,在雪灾、水灾、地震 等灾难求援中有组织、有水平出色地完成任务。结论 经过长期培训与演练 的应急救援医疗救护护士,加上卫生应急器材与药品的长期战略性储备,能有效展开灾难救 援,良好配合医生和其他专业救援人员的工作。
